Formal dining with cloakroom and bar leads to podium with 3.5meter projector screen

The apartment was the perfect size to comfortably accommodate the 7 of us for our work trip. The location of the apartment was amazing as well — such a short walk to the great restaurants in Ponsonby or to pop into the CBD.

New years in Auckland

Location was amazing, and we had a great view of the tower. We arrived at 3:30p (for 3:00p) check-in and cleaners were still there. Cleaners finally left around 4:00, kitchen floor was sticky, bed spreads had what appeared to be blood on them, carpets were dirty, clothes left in washer, and dryer only marginally worked. The place is in need of an update. One of our booking requirements was air conditioning. While it did have done AC, the only bedroom with AC was the main bedroom. The advertisement should have included this important information. The rest of the bedrooms were extremely hot and uncomfortable. The pictures of the place, I presume, are from years ago.
