Excellent position for where we had to be. Great price, thank you. Three things that could possibly change: 1. The kettle had to be filled by using the mugs, as it didn't fit under the tap 2. Would have appreciated glasses 3. TV could be positioned to swivel towards the bed These are little things. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location to Spark Arena, Britomart, wharf. Simple room with basic, all we needed. But noisy being downtown, wouldn't recommend if you are a light sleeper. Didn't appreciate they took a copy of my Driver license without explaining why. I've stayed at high end hotels, they never ask for ID

The property is really close to the university also really close to Britomart so very well located. There is a big Woolworths quite close if you need to buy some groceries. The only thing that I wasn't expecting was to have to pay a $150 deposit - which was then refunded after my room was checked. I am often happy to swipe my credit card just in case but don't expect to have to pay an extra $150. Otherwise was a good clean space and good stay.

Great location--Close to the CBD, restaurants, Britomart, the train station, the University of Auckland, and Albert Park. The hotel is across the street from a small "pocket park". The room has a microwave oven and a small refrigerator. There is a full sized kitchen if you want to use one. There is a laundry room for guest use. There is good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Cons--There is no luggage rack (good thing the floor is clean). There is no closet (the microwave and refrigerator occupied that space).
