Rooms were clean, although a bit basic. You could hear guests walking around above us. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was just right. Location was perfect for a stopover. Using the shuttle bus from the airport cost us NZ$16 for 2 and we had to wait half an hour and there were no seats left. It may be better to use uber.

Check in was quick and easy. Room service meals had vegetarian options, meal was hot and tasty and delivered promptly. Breakfast suited our requirements, bus transfers good. Room clean, comfortable and modern. So a big tick from us for a good value hotel near the airport

Excellent service can’t say more, food was good. We had a ground floor room, room was standard nice and tidy however downfall , couldn’t open the curtains as it faced the car park. The white out on the window not high enough people can see into your room so no privacy. Apart from that a lovely stay.

Nice hotel...... uninspiring area

Nice hotel. Uninspiring area on an industrial estate. No option to walk to anywhere to eat close by. Awful smell coming from the bathroom.

Nice room with everything that was needed. Airport shuttle can be booked to visit this hotel. I found the noise from the truck depot next door interrupted my sleep several times.
