Great facilities, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, central location in Albany. I would like to commend the Fire Wardens and staff on the calm and professional way they managed the smoke alarm and building evacuation on Friday night. My favourite facilities to utilize was the Indoor pool, sauna and steam room.

Great hotel, awesome gym and spa facilities, clean and spacious room, lovely finishes. Breakfast could definitely be improved. I wouldn’t recommend adding that on to your booking in its current state. Communication and information within the hotel could also be improved. For example, we ordered the Maxim special on the room menu, which is from the Chinese over the road. On collection we found out we’d been charged a lot more, as the prices quotes on the room menu were just for one. This could be made clearer.
