Great facilities, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, central location in Albany. I would like to commend the Fire Wardens and staff on the calm and professional way they managed the smoke alarm and building evacuation on Friday night. My favourite facilities to utilize was the Indoor pool, sauna and steam room.

Our room was peaceful and calming. However the shower hose was broken. It took two phone calls to get someone to come and fix it. The water was not that hot out of any taps. This was even after running it for a long time.. you ended up with a warm shower only. Bathroom had no where to put anything, couldn’t hang towels up or put toilet bags anywhere. Breakfast looked good but much of the hot food was cold. The spa facilities were excellent! Highly recommend this. All staff were friendly.
