Clean, nice spacious property what I expected for a new hotel. Toilet roll holder was about to fall off in my room. Easy for someone to fix however. Windows were dirty outside to didn’t get the cleanest view outside. Overall would stay again just small issues. :) thanks

This hotel is relatively new and is relatively close to both Auckland airport as well as Auckland CBD. Rooms are modern and clean. A nice touch is the coffee pod machine in the room. The room we stayed in had a balcony. Although we were on the road front, there was little noise from traffic. The meals in the restaurant are of great quality for both breakfast and dinner. Coffee is also awesome! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free parking is available along the roadside in front of the hotel and also beside the hotel. The hotel has a gym and spa coming soon. These would top off an already great place to stay. This hotel is great value for money.

I was surprised that not all executive/soho suites are like the one in the photo advertised. Some rooms are smaller than advertised. However, rooms are clean and very convenient setting though. Helpful staff, but their amenities are in progress. Great place for work trips.

The bed and bedding was exceptionally comfortable. We got a room with a hot tub on the balcony. Though it wasn’t exactly private as the people above us could see us as well as the partition between balconies was perforated metal and you could see through it as well. We did enjoy the hot tub after a long day or exploring.
