Positioned on the bow of Shed 24 the wrap around deck gives you breath-taking north-facing vistas of the Waitemata Harbour and the Port of Auckland. Once inside the apartment, it boasts expansive and well thought out living spaces. Features open-plan formal living which flows to north, west and east facing balconies. Walk through to the well-appointed entertainer’s kitchen, an integral part of the open plan family and dining area. With views to the west giving an easy relaxing space. Three large bedrooms. Other Things to Note: We know you will be respectful but please remember this is a home in a residential apartment building and there are some important restrictions and policies that must be adhered to. PRINCES WHARF MANAGEMENT SECURITY ARE ON SITE AND THEY CONSTANTLY PATROL. They will charge for any breaches of rules , ask you to leave immediately and there will be no booking refunds.
