The queen bed sits alongside a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV (Freeview + DVD), making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the vineyards. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and full crockery, ideal for simple meals and quiet evenings in.
Glass doors open to a sheltered outdoor patio with seating, surrounded by native plants, creating a private spot for morning coffee or an easy afternoon drink.
The studio’s position, just minutes from the beach, village cafés, shops, and ferry, makes it perfect for guests wanting convenience without sacrificing peace and privacy.

Getting around from Tutiri is easy:
Buses run from Oneroa through to Onetangi, stopping near Mudbrick, Cable Bay, Stonyridge, Tantalus, and The Heke Brewery before continuing to the passenger ferry at Matiatia.
Taxis and shuttles are available but limited at peak times.
Parking is available at the property if you bring a car.
