While the inside of the house was clean the outside didn’t match in cleanliness. I requested the outside to be cleaned but it never was done. Does the property owner have someone to check their property between stays to make sure it lives up to the five star billing the management company states it is in communication? My first communication to the management company was with a woman with a rooster crowing in the background. That didn’t help in our conversation. It wouldn’t take much to make that happen so renters wouldn’t feel the property was misrepresented. Also, the kitchen is lacking in some essentials as well. Mixing bowls, salt and pepper shakers , 9 by 13 baking pan, and wine bottle opener would have been nice for us. It’s a quiet neighborhood except for the train that passes just behind the property but it didn’t bother us. I hope that this property can become the 5 star property it claims to be online.

Great stay in Augusta

Nice comfortable house with great AC. Nice backyard for the dogs too. Hammock, some chairs,nice and relaxing. Downstairs suite is nice. Had an issue with a missing TV remote, which a replacementwas quickly shipped to the house next day. Very quick response, great host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home away from home

This house was the perfect location for our family. We were in town to celebrate Christmas with our extended family. We were able to bring our dogs instead of boarding them. The house was a great size with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable gathering area.

Fabulous Little Gem

We were very lucky to find this little gem in Augusta on a short notice trip on the Labor Day weekend celebrating my mom's 93rd birthday. The house sits in a very quiet neighborhood and is centrally located to everything Augusta has to offer. You are within minutes of downtown and all major shopping. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. All the beds were extremely comfortable, and the house was super clean when we arrived. The fenced in backyard allowed us to let our dogs out without worrying about them running away. Jonathan and his team are excellent to deal with and answered every question we had. We were even allowed to check in earlier as we arrived sooner than expected. If you are looking for a clean, safe rental in the Augusta area, this is the home for you.
