Ideal location close to but not crowded in amongst main street shop in Augusta. Friendly and capable staff. Clean, well-appointed rooms with kettles for making tea/coffee and a fridge for cold water and milk. While only two rooms have ensuite, the shared toilets and gendered bathrooms are clean and well-kept. Good breakfast room and other communal facilities. Easy parking. My only complaint would be dirty cutlery in the breakfast room. Augusta bakery wasn't worth a second visit, sadly, but I can recommend DeckChair cafe, 1000 Suns, the second-hand bookshop, Leeuwin lighthouse, Hamelin Bay, Margaret River, and the Berry Farm at Rosa Glen. I'll definitely stay at Baywatch again, and I've recommended it to all my family and friends.
