Beautiful Lakefront Gull Lake Home w/ Private Beach and Dock

Beautiful property on Gull Lake with your own beach and dock. The main house is two bedroom and two bath and has been completely renovated with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous hardwood floors. The detached mother-in-law is two bedrooms, one bathroom and has also been completely renovated. The back porch is covered and the sunroom has nearly floor to ceiling windows for a beautiful view of the lake. The property comes with kayaks and paddleboards and boat rentals are available at Gull Lake Marina -- walking distance from the house. The home is just a short walk to 3 restaurants, bars, and a small market. Plenty of parking for cars and the front yard is fenced in -- great for children and dogs. The front yard is quite large with a custom playset as well. We love coming up from Florida and staying in the "lake cottage" -- we hope you love it too!

Sweet Perfection

We so enjoyed our stay at Gull Lake. The property was terrific, had everything you might need to be comfortable. We were ready to stay another month! Chris was a wonderful host, very attentive! We will be back to this property!

Small hiccup with communication at the very beginning but no one specifically at fault and we got everything figured out and checked-in just fine. The property itself was great! Beautiful lake, the house was fully stocked plus more of all essentials you could need. Washer and dryer made our stay run even more smoothly. Host was accommodating and the property manager was absolutely fantastic with communication and information whenever it was needed! We stayed for business for a month, so we didn't get to fully enjoy all the water activities available but we did some and absolutely fantastic property. Comfortable, safe, quiet and plenty of room for the 4 of us.
