The room was clean and very welcoming. The outside of the hotel seemed to be in the process of an overhaul. We asked if the pool was opened and told it was and it was dirty and the pool needs to be resurfaced as paint was peeling off of the bottom of the pool that you could clearly see and there were no lounge chairs to lounge in while sitting around the pool.

Pleasantly surprised

The hotel is nice. It was clean and quiet. It could use a few updates. I was quite surprised we have a jacuzzi tub in the room. The bed was very comfortable. There is a place to keep food in the room. It is like a bar. The breakfast was good.

Large group of people gathered in the parking lot smoking marijuana and the entire first floor smelled strongly of the same. My room was dirty and extremely dated. The shower was moldy and the floors were stained.

The hotel is dirty and outdated. We couldn't get into our door because the door wasnt pulled tight all the way. You can actually stick a credit card between the door and the lock. Safety issues!!!! I had to pull the door toward me before the key can work. Old nasty furniture with stains all over them. Ceiling is cracking and peeling. Dirty tub, and hair was on the sheets. This is a negative for me. Never again! We ended up getting a refund back and drove 17 miles to stay in Grovetown. Very nice area!

Business Trip

Hospitality was very good. Older hotel but clean and I was impressed with the hotel towels white look new each day. Staff was courteous very kind and on target helpful. A shout off to the M-F young man at the front desk, very nice patient and helpful. Cleanjng staff were very kind and courteous. Breakfast was good, a variety each day. I stayed 9 days on Business..I was pleased. I’m use to at least 4-5 star hotels but I will give my stay here although not quite 4 star star but I’ll give it a 3-4 only for hospitality and altho oler they kept it clean. I think it was the property manager, she always had a smile and can do attitude that meant a lot to me.
