You can tell that the management puts an effort into keeping it presentable - there were new plants and shrubs planted around the perimeter of parking lot, and fresh mulch was put under it. Sticky floor and all surfaces. Area cleaned but not rinsed. Hot; about 80 degrees with the A/C on max. Nice quiet area. No safety concerns. Easy parking. Walking distance to an excellent soul food restaurant.
