From the living and dining area with an open designer kitchen, you can reach the large sea terrace with garden furniture, in front of here it is only a few steps to the sandy beach. On the first floor there is a studio with a seating area, French balcony and lake view. Baby bed and high chair, utility room with washing machine and dryer are available. All rooms in the light -flooded house have underfloor heating and floor -to -ceiling windows with fly grids.
