"Les Marmottes de l'Alpe", Charming family chalet (3 *) with panoramic view

On the Alpes d Huez ski area in Oisans, the chalet, classified 3 * (administrative classification of gîte de France), is located in a mountain village at Hameau des Cours in Auris en Oisans, in a quiet environment and with a magnificent panoramic view of the Ecrins park and the Meije, opposite the 2 Alpes.
This warm chalet, 75 m², is composed, on the ground floor, of an entrance with cupboards, independent toilets, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room with wood stove and television . The first floor has three bedrooms with storage, two with double bed, and one bedroom with 2 pull-out beds (sleeps 4).
In addition to a large balcony of 20 m², with garden table, armchairs and deckchair, and panoramic view, accessible from the living room (ideal for drinking coffee or having an aperitif), in the 500 m² of garden, you can enjoy a terrace with picnic table, pizza oven, barbecue and a shaded terrace.
From the chalet, you have hiking trails, snowshoes, mountain biking but also, for cyclists, access to the legendary passes and ascents of the Tour de France (Huez, Galibier, Croix de fer ...).
Equipment: fondue and raclette, microwave, oven, gas and electric hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, electric heating and wood stove, washing machine / dryer (washing line in the sun on one of the terraces).
In winter, the village being closed to cars, the parking lot is located 400m from the chalet. The ski area is located 2km (3mn by car).
In fine weather, access can be made through the alleys of the village. It is preferable to make a location on foot, otherwise parking at 400m.

We can offer you as additional services, to be booked in advance by email and to be paid directly on arrival when you collect the keys. :
- sheets and towels available upon arrival for € 20 per double sheet and € 10 per single sheet, and € 5 per towel for the stay.

wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren im Winter hier und sind von dort aus Skifahren gegangen. Das Haus ist super schön gelegen. Man läuft vom Parkplatz aus ca 5-7 Minuten, was aber nicht weiter stört, man aber wissen sollte! Dafür hat man ein Traumpanoramablick vom Balkon aus. Von dem Skigebiet Auris en-Oisans aus (5 min mit dem Auto bergauf) kann man auch in das Gebiet Alpe dHuez (Gebiete sind verbunden) - das ist eine super Gelegenheit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super séjour dans un super chalet !

Chalet très jolie et grand , tout est fourni. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le chalet est a 5 min de la station d auris et à 30 min des 2 alpes et de la station Alpes d Huez donc très bien positionné. Un peu compliqué avec des enfants en bas âges : le parking est loin du chalet , ca monte beaucoup. L acces au chalet en voiture étant interdit , très compliqué pour décharger et charger surtout quand on a lit parapluie etc.. Malgré ce détail, nous sommes très content de notre séjour, vue magnifique de la terrasse , chalet beau et spacieux.

Belles prestations et localisation idéale

Le chalet est très bien situé (Auris, Alpe d'Huez, Deux-Alpes, La Grave...). Le village est typique et tranquille. Le chalet est très bien équipé; il est également bien chauffé, bien isolé. La vue est imprenable, on ne s'en lasse pas. Bref, un excellent séjour. Que des bonnes surprises !

Superbe chalet avec vue

Très joli chalet tout en bois, bien équipé et plein de charme. L'accueil est très sympa. Les jeux de sociétés, les appareils de cuisine ( raclette ) sont appréciables et le poêle rajoute à l'ambiance chaleureuse. Literie très confortable. Accès au chalet un peu éloigné du parking en hiver; le prix de la tranquillité sans aucun doute. Auris en Oisans est à 3 kilomètres pour le ski et la rando-raquette. un très bon choix pour quelques jours de détente en montagne avec une vue magnifique sur les sommets avoisinants.

À refaire nous avons adoré ce chalet, spacieux et bien équipé. Petit plus pour le poêle à bois et la vue magnifique. Des supers balades à faire autour. Je conseille vivement.

Cadre superbe. Propriété lovée dans un amphithéâtre de montagnes! C'est unique, une localisation pareille! Le seul bémol est qu'il faut garer la voiture dans le parking du village et accéder tous les jours à la propriété à pieds par des chemins pas toujours évidents mais! on est heureux de se retrouver dans cet endroit!

Séjour très sympa dans un chalet à l'écart très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans ce chalet très sympa situé très au calme. Très bien équipé: une très belle terrasse, un four extérieur à Pizza !, un poêle chauffant très bien, une cuisine bien équipée et surtout ayant pleins de couverts, des chambres spacieuses et une très bonne literie,...bref que du positif. En plus super accueil de Marie-Hélène. Du coup, nous pensons y retourner l'année prochaine. Merci Bénédicte et Marie-Hélène.

Un chalet très agréable avec une vue superbe

Ce chalet est très très bien équipé et très cosy. Qu'il est agréable de pouvoir rentrer d'une bonne journée de ski et de pouvoir faire un feu dans le poêle, tout en assistant au coucher de soleil sur le sommet de la Meije et du Râteau ! Expérience à renouveler ! Et l'accueil par Marie-Hélène fut très sympathique également. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Sejour Genial en famille

Nous avions reservé ce magnifique chalet pour 1 semaine en février , et ça à été super!! Le chalet est tres confortable, super bien équipé et surtout avec une vu magnifique. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps ensoleillé donc nous avons pu bien profité de la terrasse. La station de ski est superbe pour les familles qui y viennent skié. Beaucoup d'activité y sont proposé pour les enfants (piste de luge, chiens de traîneau,...),et le personnel de la station est super accueillant. Cependant, j'ai relevé 2 petits problèmes, ce pourquoi je n'ai pas mis les 5 étoiles. La navette gratuite mis a disposition pour rejoindre la station a été supprimé ce qui nous a embêté au niveau organisation voiture. Le fait que la route du chalet soit enneigé a été aussi un problème car le parking se trouve à un peu moins d'une dizaines de minutes, donc nos aller retour chalet-station de ski était tres fatiguant pour nous et les enfants. Mais cela n'a pas empêché le fait que nous ayons passé un agréable et super sejour! Je pense y revenir l'hiver prochain donc je recommande chaudement ce chalet!!!!

Bonne location, le chalet est assez spacieux et cozy. Séjour agréable et comfortable.

Nous sommes restés 5 jours dans ce chalet et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour. Le chalet est assez spacieux pour une location en montagne, il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner,... Situé à 15 minutes des pistes en voitures (compliqué d'accès à pied mais une compagnie de transport vous emmène au bas des pistes), il permet d'accéder facilement au domaine de l'Alpe d'Huez via Auris En Oisan. Il y a quelques restaurants et magasins mais la vie nocturne est très calme.
