Property composed of main house and outbuilding 2 km from the centre of Storebø, 13 km from the centre of Bekkjarvik, 42 km from the centre of Bergen, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 100 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. Private: natural state property 2 ha, meadow. Motor boat (on order). Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking at 50 m. Shop 3 km, shopping centre 13 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Bjelland" 60 m, ferry "Hufthamar" 6.6 km, shingle beach 700 m. Walking paths from the house 50 m, fishing possibilities 700 m. Nearby attractions: Loddo 7 km, Kongskleiva 15 km. Boat jetty, seatings and grill approximately 700 m. The property is located on an island, reachable by ferry.
