The AC Hotel’s lobby is on the second floor of the Otis Hotel. The elevator to that part of the hotel is on the left hand side of the Otis behind their check-in desk. We visited in May and the AC Hotel’s bar and restaurant are closed for the summer. You do have full access to the Otis Hotel’s rooftop bar and restaurant.

Great Whiskey Bar downstairs and you can get a cheeseburger at the stand outside which is part of the hotel and bring it in and have it with your old fashioned. Rooms are well organized though not gigantic: just perfect when visiting all the sites in downtown Austin, 20 minutes from the airport by uber. Elegant, classy ,avant-garde Boutique hotel. Good breakfast in restaurant. You pay but also I think we chose an option and got a discount from Expedia on breakfast as well. But definitely not included in the automatic price of the hotel.
