Need to work? Hit the clubhouse work center or take a call in your room with reliable Wi-Fi. Want to move? The gym’s downstairs and the Lady Bird Lake trail is a short walk away. Pets: Allowed (assistance animals always welcome). Please keep pets leashed in common areas and clean up after them.

South Congress (SoCo): Step-outside access to Austin’s most walkable strip—live music clubs, coffee windows, patios, vintage shops, murals and neon. Staples nearby include great taco spots, pizza by the slice, artisan ice cream, and all-day cafes.
Lady Bird Lake (Town Lake) Trail: Miles of waterfront paths for running, biking and kayaking; paddle rentals and guided tours nearby.
Downtown & Convention Center: A short stroll or quick ride—handy for SXSW, conferences and shows.
Music & Nightlife: From intimate singer-songwriter sets to full bands and DJ nights—venues up and down SoCo and downtown make “catch a show” the default evening plan.

Airports: AUS (Austin-Bergstrom International) is an easy drive; rideshare typically 15–25 minutes depending on traffic.
Rule number one: Have fun!
We have no minimum stay on weekdays.
Friday and Saturday in April 2025 are fine for single-day reservations. Otherwise, Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay.
Occasionally, there is a 3-night minimum during holidays or special events (SXSW, ACL, F1, etc.). However, that isn`t very often, and we can be very flexible about it, so check in with me.
We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs. Please feel free to message us with any special requests, questions, or potential exceptions to the house rules before booking. I`m happy to try to work with you.
Please no smoking of any kind in the house. Smoking anywhere outside is fine. Of course, please do not leave behind any cigarette butts on the ground.
No glitter or confetti. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.
We love pets, and your furry family members are usually extremely welcome, but please check with me first so we can be best prepared 🐶
