The hotel property was beautiful, but I wish the dining options had more conventional options versus "inspired" dishes. The beds were also very uncomfortable. It was impossible to fall asleep for our one-night stay as the closer you got to the edge, the more it felt like we'd roll right off the side. The pillows were also VERY flat and lacked any comfort. The hotel and all its charms hardly make up for the lack of a comfortable stay.

Customer service is awesome! Friendly staff. Room was nice witn a beautiful view of downtown. What i didn't like was we had to call about an issue that we were having in our room three different times for the same issue. I can say that each time i called they showed there concern and sent an engineer right away. I do recommend this hotel and will visit again when i come back to Austin Texas.
