Was not sure when I made the reservation what part of town this motel was in. It was in area that I wouldn't go out by my self or allowed my wife to go to the car by herself. It's not Expedia fault I should have check on the area first.

I recently stayed at Budget Inn in Austin, Texas, from March 05 to March 09. The location was convenient, within walking distance from stores and public transportation, and although situated right off the highway, it was relatively quiet. The price was attractive, making it an affordable option. The room seemed clean overall, but the floors could have benefited from better sweeping and mopping. Unfortunately, the bed was in poor condition, noticeably sagging on one side and definitely needing replacement. Additionally, there were homeless individuals frequently roaming through the parking lot, which made the surroundings feel less secure. In summary, Budget Inn is suitable if you're looking for an inexpensive stay with basic amenities, but improvements in bed quality and property security could enhance the experience significantly.

It’s a great destination if you’re going to mind your business and sleep. Don’t expect too much. And again. Mind your business. There’s a lot going on outside so go inside and lock your door. And for the love of god do not be there by yourself. It’s not a bad place honestly. There’s just a lot going on outside so just go in to sleep and relax. Don’t listen to thw commotion outside. The photos of the property were in accurate room was filthy, house keeping forgot towels and front desk would not give them to us. No fridge or microwave in room. Room was filthy apoun arrival. Would not recommend.

I stayed in room 200 for the entire week and the HVAC did not get fixed. I ran the heating system the entire week I was there and the room never gotten heated up. I reported the issue and still nothing happened so I suffered being cold for the whole week I was there. Also the face towels the cleaning people leaves behind looks like they've been wiping up oil or something.

We had one minor issue we had a guy going around knocking on people's doors and take off then my husband open the door to see who it was and saw a guy knocking on other doors too then he ask the guy why he do that and then he apologized to my husband
