Sarah and I were very happy with our stay at CitizenM. We were celebrating our tenth anniversary together and although Sarah had never been here before,I had,and I'd requested a high up room with a view and your staff delivered by giving us a room on the 16th floor. I want to thank-you for that. It was special. We ate close by within walking distance and there is parking directly across the street. You're check in staff are exceptional. Thanks again CitizenM

I loved it the end.

My first vist. Booked last minute, had no idea what to expect. Seemed a little odd at first but there were extremely helpful, polite and friendly folks working there and were able to explain things. The room was another surprise. I loved it the end. Would recommend 10/10

It's a small room, but it's perfect for 1 (or with your significant other). Property and rooms are clean. The gym was perfectly equipped with Peloton bikes, nice set of weights, treadmills, floor mats, towels, and water. Look forward to future stays with CitizenM.

Unique Experience

This was probably the most unique hotel experience I ever had. The room a little on the small side but otherwise very comfortable and was plenty of room elsewhere to relax and take meetings.

To many minor issues. Problems with the blinds, toilet flushing, cabinet door was broken, the tiny fridge that was in the draw was pointless was barely cold. Gym was so small n had a one cheap bench. I wouldn’t want to come back

Minimalistic but super cozy.

I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this hotel. I loved the stlye and ambiance. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Everything was clean and comfy. The noise level for being downtown was minimal. My husband enjoyed it. It was a little small for him but he still has nothing but compliments fir the hotel accomodations and staff.
