The room was fine for the one night we were there. It is in need of updating and felt like a little maintenence would go a long way. More wall decorations would have made it feel more inviting.

The room had roaches, the staff didnt seem friendly, the 3rd floor button on the elevator wasnt working/broken off, so me and my 2 toddlers had to keep ealking up and down flights of stairs, the shower water only got midly warm, not hot, the bathroom/shower room needs major updating, and the pullout sofa bed was terrible

The breakfast was bad, almost nonexistent, very disappointing. The 'hot breakfast' consisted of biscuits and gravy or waffles with no syrup, and that wasn't until it was half over and complaints were made.
