The property is dated back to the 90’s so it’s not the newer versions of courtyard by Marriot. The AC works amazing!! The shower was hot! Nice TV. Rooms do not have a microwave. You have to request them and they are very cheap. Fridge is your typical small floor model. Overall the staff are very nice and will help you. No ice machines, so you have to get ice from the bar. Nice pool. Starbucks onsite. Location is decent. Older part of north I-35 @ 290. McDonald’s and Dollar Tree are close by. Austin traffic just sucks!!

The staff was great. Really. We met four - reception and dining and they were kind, helpful, and truly an asset to the facility. The facility itself just needs updating. Our door wouldn't close w/o a vigorous push, the bedside stand is scratched and chipped, the wall/ceiling joints are chipped and breaking down. Nothing horrible, just needs fixin' up. Parking is easy. Even though it is next to the freeway, it is quiet.

Great in all areas, very conducive for quality sleep. The only hiccup was the 4:00pm check-in. Just inconvenient enough to take an hour of rest away ( after a long trip) before heading to an event.
