This is a cute 1400 sq ft whole-house rental in a residential area just a few miles from ABIA, COTA, Zilker Park and downtown! There’s plenty of parking and a large paved patio in the fenced backyard. Downstairs, there’s a small kitchen with everything you’d need for a visit, a small kitchen table, two bedrooms, a quaint sitting area, and a hidden Harry Potter-style tiny playroom! The upstairs suite includes a comfy double bed, a fold-out futon probably best for one adult or two kids, one full bath plus a tiny bonus room with two toddler beds. Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a house!?
