I would love to give this a 5 star but for two things. First, the shower door leaked and more importantly, the door is so difficult to open/close that you have to slam your shoulder against it to make it open. And it makes a loud noise at that time. Fix these two items and it’s a 5 star review!

The Element is a very modern hotel located in downtown Austin and close to many restaurants and interesting attractions. The staff is very professional and courteous. It was good except for the morning I asked the front desk to have our room made up within the following four hours. When we came back, the room was not yet cleaned. I had to go back down and ask that it be cleaned. Annoying.
