I had a great stay at Flora and it was very helpful that parking was included. The unit was easy to find and clean, what more could you ask for? Would recommend to friends and family.

Hair conditioner and body wash were blocked at the entrance and wouldn't come out. I asked for refills because I thought they weren't refilled. Two people stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but they only gave us two towers. I went to the office twice to ask for them, but they didn't do anything for 3 days. I hope a company that isn't prepared doesn't do accommodation business.

Access codes they gave to the apt didn't work. They took a lot to reply and I had to stay the night at another place. They refuse to gave a refund for that night. I strongly recommend not to book here if you want to save your time and money.
