I did not get the room I reserved. Also there was no parking. We had to spend extra money to park our car. The hotel was really dark. Also sheets felt dirty.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was with the AC. We called the front desk and they sent someone in to fix it. Unfortunately it was still very warm in the room after they said the issue was fixed.

Having 4 elevators and only 1 that worked. At 1 point we waited over 10 minutes for the 1 elevator that worked. When the elevator door did open up it was packed like sardines. The amenities area in the lobby had no coffee and hot water machine was out of order to make a cup of tea.

It was an ok stay. Valet is pretty pricey especially for overnight. The room wouldn’t get cold. Also our restroom one morning had ants in the sink & a few in the tub. (No food was left in there). Only one elevator was working. The staff was pretty nice though overall.
