I had a very pleasant stay. The room was extremely clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and everything from the bathroom to the floors looked spotless. It’s clear the housekeeping team takes pride in their work. The staff was courteous, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. From check-in to check-out, everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions with a positive attitude. Customer service truly made a difference in my experience. The overall atmosphere of the property felt safe, quiet, and relaxing. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into keeping the environment pleasant for guests. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place, stongly recommend

The room was clean. The location was not great. Homeless shelter down the street. Many homeless living in the corner across from hotel. View from room was of that corner. Getting to the hotel was awkward at times because of people gathered on the street. Homeless person wandering around the main floor at one point. Loud in the neighbourhood at night.

Hotels.com had the rate for parking wrong by 5$ Hotels.com sent email with breakfast hours and was wrong by half hour. Also check in and desk for anything was in sister property and had to walk through a garage to get there.

Staff did not fully explain where and how to access the room using keycard in the elevator. Staff did not inform of breakfast times and location of breakfast area. Amazing staff, great room but they need better parking options. The garage has a measly 7ft clearance. Our 9ft high van had to stay in the lot next door at a $57/day rate! It was awesome except for that very unexpected kick in the pants on the parking. Only stay there if your vehicle is short.

Owners cut costs at every corner at the expense of guests. $50 parking per day without transparent pricing. So cheap they closed down the lobby and make you walk to the neighboring hotel to check in.

Room was acceptable. There was no staff at the front desk. Guests had to check in at the adjacent Hotel Indigo and then take a long walk to the Holiday Inn Express. Someone at IHG corporate must have thought that money could be saved by doing away with a front desk at the Holiday Inn Express. Penny wise and pound foolish. The abandoned lobby at the Holiday Inn Express felt inhospitable at night, if not creepy. Is that the look that IHG wants? Expedia customers should be warned in advance of booking their trip to this property.

The staff was friendly and the street parking wasn't too bad. Not really sure why they charge so much to have hotel covered parking. Unfortunately the hot water does not work at 4am, really lame when you're trying to get ready for your day! The shower head was super harsh. Also the heated pool that is supposed to be open year round was also not heated during hours of operation...
