I love the whole vibe of this hotel. The lobby signature scent is divine. Love the room decor and spaciousness. Never expected to compliment a shower, but it’s not probably the best hotel shower I’ve encountered in a long time.

Couple things stood out at the ZaZa. Location downtown was excellent. The car service was exceptional and fun - loved the lighted cattle skull and horns on the front grill and the Christmas tree tied on the roof! Coffee stations on each floor made it so easy to get going in the morning. The pool was nice and got good afternoon sun. Balcony room had a great view of park and we could hear music from festival. The staff were all really friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, big and clean. The hotel is convenient to a lot of the activities we were doing downtown and lots of places were walkable. We will definitely stay here again.
