Cleanly, very acceptable overall for a "at the airport hotel," pretty frustrating experience with the shuttle timeliness (a 10:30 return to the hotel took some goading) - which took some points away.

I do not recommend this location. The front desk staff hardly spoke English. Took me almost 20 minutes to check in. Not quite sure what is going on here. No one knew how to work the Starbucks location. So why advertise your Starbucks location when you are unable to serve the product.

The room we were in had spiders. They were found under our daughter’s pillow where she slept. When we addresses this with the front desk staff Alex, we were told that management would be informed and we would be contacted. Still haven’t heard anything. Establishment should follow through with what they say and pest control should be a priority. On a positive note, the shuttle service to the airport is excellent.

Overall this is a very nice property. Even though it’s next to the airport, it is extremely quiet. There a few restaurants directly next door which is super convenient. And Starbucks is really nearby too which was nice. Uber rides were easy here and it didn’t take long to get downtown. Breakfast was better than most other hotels. They had eggs, crispy bacon, French toast, regular toast, bagels, and cereal options. Coffee was decent but no flavored creamers were offered.They did offer flavored syrups you could add in though. The ice machines were located on floors 2 and 4, which was kind of inconvenient if you’re on the 3rd floor. The bed was sort of on the firm side and their pillows were lumpy and not the best. I’d recommend bringing your own pillows if you’re a pillow connoisseur like myself. The staff was nice. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was $15 a day which wasn’t too terrible. The area feels safe and the hotel looks very clean and kept up. We definitely would stay here again.

Overall a good option

I really liked the breakfast and the closeness to the airport with shuttle and the room was good, staff friendly. Only things that were pain points are that ubers will struggle really bad to get into the hotel as there are gates or blocked driveways all around the property so one uber just asked us to get out and walk after trying to pull in a few different areas and gave up. The first shuttle driver was good and then the last one was an old man who was so grumpy, he threw my backpack with my laptop in the back as hard as he could and yelled at the other people and there is no way to get out of the shuttles without being let out which is a safety issue and other guests in the shuttle were freaking out because they couldn't get out themselves at the airport and on the way out of the hotel parking lot someone was driving down the one-way in the wrong direction directly at us and the driver was yelling and driving like a maniac, very aggressively and said "you see what I have to put up with?! I don't know if you saw but the other driver was a you know what" referring to her being a woman and Indian, so me and my coworker looked at each other and were messaging each other about the aggressive shuttle driver and after getting out at the airport the driver was still grumpy and throwing our bags around angrily. Other than that, the hotel bar drinks were not good, Id recommend to only get beers if drinking there since they don't know how to make a mixed drink correctly.
