The lock on the room did not secure properly. It made me worried at times throughout the stay. Someone near to our room on the floor was also smoking eeed multiple times during our stay. It was frustrating since we had kids with us and had to pass the room each time we came and went. The doors on the bathroom are also severely damaged and the hinges are about to fall off—with the recent renovation and attempt to update/beautify the hotel, there were a number of items that were run down that should be better maintained.

The reason for one star is because room was extremely dirty, sheets and towels were dirty with visible stains. Splash of blood was on the wall by the thermostat. Room smelled terrible. Shower wall had hair on it. Basically, no one has ever cleaned that room! Walls had large dirty stains on them with a lot of chipped paint, sprinkler head had been pulled off the wall, but never repaired. Bed headboards were extremely dirty! Elevator had a broken sign taped to the door. Don’t waste your time, this place is not worth considering!! Extremely disappointed with Wyndham!! Where are your policies for cleanliness and maintaining basic operational standards as a corporation? Hopefully someone will be inspired to clean those rooms!

I stayed 12/23/25. When I walked into my room there was a cockroach in the bathroom. There was also hair in the shower. The front desk gave me a new room on the other side of the building but I found a bug in there too. The building overall was rundown. Additionally, the elevator was not working.
