Front desk employee was amazing. He was very accommodating on finding us a better room. But it was so dirty & not well kept at all. We had to switch rooms 4 times before agreeing to stay in it. I wouldn’t have slept there but we got in from a long day of traveling and all other hotels in Austin were booked. Management needs to step up their game and work on cleanliness.

Property was just a little hard to get to due to construction (no fault of the hotel). A/C wasn’t working so we couldn’t adjust the inside room temps. But overall for one night, it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Would not stay there again or recommend

I called to let them know I was going to be late, they said no problem. Got there, they had my room. Got upstairs, it was a great room with no heat. This was during the cold snap & needed heat. Was getting ready to go ask for a different room when in comes another guest. Mind you I'm a female traveling by myself & my new guest is a man. We both were at front desk to get new rooms. They did not have another room size (king) that I requested & paid for upon arrival. But the room had heat & clean sheets. It did have a water leak in the shower & the water temperature was messed up! Barely any cold water so alk you had was HOT water which made the water pressure weak.
