This is apparently a newly opened property and it’s not completely ready. Among other things there are no assist handles in the showers, guest laundry was unavailable as was the pool. Our ice bucket was full of trash, not that it mattered as there wasn’t a working ice machine on the property. This morning the air conditioner seems to be malfunctioning.

The hotel is new but looks already outdated, dirty, every day I need to go to front desk to ask for more towels, they’ll left only 2 towels for me people. Also found roaches by the air conditioner unit. The A/C is so loud so not many resting nights. Also they didn’t clean the rooms. Only remove the garbage, put towels and that’s it, you need to fix your bed before going.

As noted by others, this is a new building. It was physically in descent shape. They don’t seem to know how to run a hotel though. We had three people booked for three days. They only provided two towels per day and they didn’t have a floor mat/ towel in the bathroom. I had to go get extras every day. The shower soap dispensers were empty and never refilled during our stay. The AC didn’t work when we got to the room, they came and reset. After that it worked but barely kept the room at 72 with the wall thermostat set to 68. The sign next to the thermostat said not to use the controls on the wall unit, but we finally got it to cool the room by setting the wall unit to 64. Doing that got the room down to 70 and finally got some of the humidity out of the room.
