Prepare delicious meals in the sleek kitchen, equipped with a farm sink and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the four-seat kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, convene around the dining table for six.

BED & BATH

This three-story duplex condo sleeps four guests between two bedrooms. Find ultimate comfort in the primary suite, furnished with a stately king bed and a 32” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in a plush queen bed in the guest bedroom. The guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination. A half bath is located off the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Start the day with fresh coffee at the bistro table for two on the second-floor patio. In the evening, gather at the outdoor lounge area with seating for eight on your private rooftop deck.

Rent bikes or scooters and cruise along the Ann & Roy Butler Hike & Bike Trail for views of downtown and Lady Bird Lake (1.5 miles). During warmer months, rent kayaks at the lake to enjoy the lovely views from the water. Downtown is just a quick ride away. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
