★ HOUSE RULES ★
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Primary guest on the reservation must stay at the rental property.
- No parties or events are allowed. No confetti or glitter. Please do not use tape on walls or furniture.
- Max occupancy is 12. There is a $250 per person per night fine for guests over the max occupancy.
- No smoking (or vaping/e-cigarette use) of any kind inside or outside the home! Failure to comply is a $1,500 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that's complimentary. Our team will contact you during your stay to coordinate the best day to do it.
- There are 4 actively recording exterior cameras strictly for security & guest safety.
- You are welcome to use the fridge and pantry to store any food or other consumables. Please throw away any perishable items before the end of your stay.
- The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or for the loss of a guest's personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, guests agree to assume all risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you may be asked to complete our independent verification, rental agreement, and accidental damage waiver ($35) through our partner Truvi/Know Your Guest. In order to fully confirm your booking, this verification needs to be completed within 48 hours of booking.
