Other Things to Note:

1. Parking – 3-4 cars in the gravel driveway; 2 cars in front of house on street (please note, street parking requires a visitor hang tag which can be found in the top right drawer of the kitchen island right of the dishwasher)



2. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call/text me!



3. WiFi Instructions are under the TV in the living room.



4. City of Austin mandated quiet hours are between 10PM – 8AM. Violation of this can result in penalties and/or removal from property.



5. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.



6. PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.



7. Feel free to adjust the climate and lighting to your preference. There are 2 thermostats one for each floor. But please TURN OFF all lights and appliances when not in use.



8. You are welcome to use the fridge and pantry to store any food or other consumables. Please throw away any perishable items before the end of your stay.



9. Also, please acknowledge that the fridge and pantry may contain food or consumables that guests are welcome to eat. However, it is the guests’ responsibility to inspect these items before consuming and the host is not responsible for any illness or adverse response that might occur.



10. If you wear spray tan, please bring your own linens as any linen stained may incur additional charges.



11. At the end of stay, put all used towels on the floor in the bathroom or near the laundry area. To maintain the environment consciousness of Austin, we request guests to only use the linen they require.



12. Please do not rearrange any furniture.



13. If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, party), please speak with me about it first. We allow parties at the property during day times, but there is a separate hosting fees for it.



14. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.



15. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.



16. The hot tub or pool can be heated for extra charge. Hot Tub heating is $100 per day, and Pool heating is $200 per day. If any questions, please message the host. Please let the host know in advance if either of these will be used.



17. The property has smoke, noise and over crowding detectors that alert for any non compliance.



18. There is a camera in the front and back patio that is used for security and intrusion during non-occupied hours. The cameras do not record and are not used during guest stays to ensure complete guest privacy.



19. Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home. Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.



20. To connect the Bluetooth speakers in the back patio, turn on the Plug 2 on the black socket and connect to Pyle USA to stream music. Please be mindful to keep the volume on the speakers to a reasonable level to not disturb neighbors.



21. The tiny house keys are in the kitchen. Please keep the tiny home locked at all times while unoccupied.
