We get what we pay for and the value matched the property. I wanted to wait till 11 a.m. due to my flight time, which I had the right to, check out is at 11 a.m. First I got a text asking what time I was checking out. That is a first, I answered 11. Then housekeeping was in the room next me vacuuming and moving things banging against the wall I was sitting against, not once but 3 times. It almost felt like they were trying to make it uncomfortable so people would leave earlier. I travel quite a bit and never experienced this. Highlight coffee 24 hours.

I was a single traveler on this trip checking in at almost midnight and checking out at around 3:30am. With the government shutdown and a very early flight wasn’t sure where to stay that was going to be clean and safe. This property gave me the security I needed and more! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO PAUL!!! He made me feel like a million BUCKS and made sure the ”shuttle” arrived safely and I received text messages and calls about its arrival. Thanks Paul for your kind heart and great service. I will definitely stay at this location again. I found my home away from home when in Austin for sure! And based on the success of this trip, it looks like that will be A LOT! See you guys in January!
