Estacione mi camioneta en el parqueo del hotel y a la mañana siguiente, ya no estaba me dijeron que había sido remolcada, y que tenía que pagar $324 dollar para que me la entregaran en el towing, los cual pague, y nunca me dijeron que había que poner el papel dentro de la camioneta tuve que pagar un Uber y $324 dollar para ir por ella, no es justo

The bed mattress was non-supportive and uncomfortable. The pillows were flatter than my behind after driving 2 hrs to get there. The sink was clogged and the stopper was unmovable. I had to use my kinfe to remove the stopper which came out with complete nastiness goo and hair. It just sucked. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was it's proximity to the airport (1.9 miles) and the price.

The hotel is close to the airport. That’s the only positive I have. I booked the hotel to rest before an early flight and had maximum 4 hours of sleep. From 12:30-5am my upstairs neighbor was walking loudly (The walls are paper thin so you hear everything). Also, the room in front of me has a loud dog that was bark loudly through the middle of the night as kids would run around loudly in the hallway at 3am-4am. When I went to the lobby around 3am they said they could not do anything for me. Very unhelpful. Also I’m not sure how I feel about having a large pit bull at the check in counter where the towels and sheets are cleaned.
