Super friendly, helpful staff from valet, front desk, maids, room service and bar/cafe staff. We parked with valet but ended up walking so we only used the service when we arrived and departed. What an amazing stay! Julie deserves a raise- she is incredible at her job, and she made us feel extremely special and welcomed! We came for my 40th birthday celebration, and it was truly memorable. They even have gluten free options in the restaurant and cafe. The staff is also knowledgeable on cross-contamination, which I find is rare when traveling, and it was truly appreciated. The only thing I would change is the fact that our room was only tidied once during our 4-night stay, even when we called down to ask someone to come up. Otherwise, a completely memorable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

Really great spot. Amazing staff and super friendly. Only wish pool had been a bit bigger and cleaned more frequently as dead bugs would randomly float during the day or non busy hours.

Highly recommend the King Size Bed Balcony Room, had the best view of downtown Austin. The hotel is walking distance from 6th street just in case anyone is looking to do that! Room was clean and bathroom was super clean! All employees attended me with no problem & the Valet service is super easy
