Great property and concept. Comfortable and spacious. Nice balcony. Only downside was the construction. I had to walk 1/4 mile around a big hole where the convention center is being reconstructed.

I loved the room. Great heating and cooling, I enjoyed the view although it’s currently contraction everywhere, didn’t bother me though. Gym could be better but it has enough. Staff was super nice and the rooms felt very clean. This was a super pleasant stay for me, very close to downtown and some other fun areas and about a 10 minute walk to Target do you can get some foods. There’s an awesome comedy club near by called Creek & Cave (not the Joe Rogan cash grab one) Will absolutely stay here again.

We were in town for an event. It was close to the venue and close to shopping and eating. It was quiet and had nice views of the city skyline.

The kitchen had the essentials, but was lacking some items you would need to really prepare meals. Fortunately, we didn’t cook during the few days we were there. The rooms were nice and had the basics, but the furniture wasn’t real comfortable in the living room, and the bedrooms basically had a bed and nightstand. That’s it.

A really nicely appointed apartment in a good location. It’s walking distance to most of the sights and nightlife that Austin has to offer. All the staff were friendly and efficient and the place was spotlessly clean. There is a lot of construction around the place but I thought it was very well sound insulated so it really wasn’t an issue. I will happily stay here again next time I’m in Austin.

The original room we entered had 3 giant cockroaches (biggest I’ve seen) dead on the ground (one of them was still twitching). The room had an unpleasant odor and the fridge had a loud rattling noise. Perhaps aparthotels can get like this, what with guests staying for long periods of time, and the hot Austin climate in October. There were always kind staff at the lobby, who relocated us to a different room that was thankfully much better. They informed us roaches may have come in due to nearby construction, which is ongoing. We appreciated the convenient location of the hotel.
