Step into our East Austin haven, a single-story sanctuary designed with care and comfort in mind.



The inviting living room welcomes you, offering a regular couch and a sleeper couch, making it the perfect spot for relaxation or social gatherings. Sunlight filters through the windows, illuminating the space with a warm, natural glow. The open-concept layout leads you to a fully-equipped kitchen, where you can craft meals with ease, surrounded by modern amenities and stylish finishes.



The home features 3 thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, one of which includes two beds to accommodate additional guests or family members. Each room is a peaceful retreat, promising restful nights after exploring the city's vibrant offerings. The residence also boasts two full bathrooms, providing convenience and privacy for all guests.

For coffee lovers, a local café is just a block away. A short stroll brings you to the bustling Rainey Street, filled with bars and live music venues, perfect for nightlife enthusiasts. Yet, the home remains tucked away for a peaceful retreat, all while being close to major events like SXSW, ACL, and more. Getting Around:

Easily get around on foot, by car, bike, taxi, etc.



Other Things to Note:

This home is located in a residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
