► We can accommodate events up to 100 guests with parking for up to 50 vehicles

► Any wedding over 40 guests will have an onsite coordinator included to help with vendors, ect.

► Event fees will be added to your booking. Fees can vary based on the type of event, guest count, vehicle count, and event details.

RULES:

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violating our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Pet Fee is $300 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without prior approval. An additional event fee will be charged.
