The house is built for groups. Three bedrooms across a single story, two full bathrooms, and a living area that flows into the kitchen, so the whole group naturally ends up in the same room.

BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and enough room for the group to unwind

after a day out. Quiet street, no neighbors looking in.

Washer and dryer in the hallway closet. Starter detergent provided.

Guest Access:

You have full private use of the entire property, all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, kitchen, living room, backyard, laundry, and driveway. No shared spaces. No host on the property.



🔑 Self check-in via smart lock. Door code sent before arrival.

Up to 2 pets allowed. Fee: $25 per pet, per night.

Pets must be leashed in all common areas.

Pets must be crated when left alone inside the home.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.



🚗 Parking Reminder

Please park on the left side of the driveway.

Do not block the neighbor's driveway, towing is enforced.



🚭 Smoking

No smoking of any kind inside the property, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookah, and cannabis included. A fine will apply if violated.



📹 Security Cameras

Exterior Ring cameras active at the front door, driveway, and backyard.

No cameras inside the home.



🗑️ Trash

Kitchen and outdoor bins are provided.

Trash pickup: Fridays | Recycling: every other Friday



⚠️ Device Tampering

Tampering with smart locks or security devices: $300 fine.
