Plenty of space

The property owner was very nice and communicated well. The house was spacious. Not sure if the owner hires a cleaning crew but I would be searching for new cleaners. The house had a pet odor. Most of our family has allergies to pets which was not good for our stay. Maybe it was a big gap between rentals or cleanings because

Do not recommend!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely uncomfortable, and I left feeling completely unsatisfied.When we arrived, the property was clearly not cleaned. We had to go out and purchase our own cleaning supplies just to make the space livable—which felt unacceptable given the price we paid. The trash bins were already overflowing and wouldn’t close. Bed sheets were stained and appeared unwashed, bathroom rugs were dirty, and the sinks didn’t drain properly. While there wasn’t a strong odor, the overall cleanliness just wasn’t there.There were several maintenance issues as well: the fridge wasn’t cooling properly, the AC didn’t work as it should (everyone woke up sweating), the TVs upstairs didn’t work, and the cornhole game was broken. Because the bins were full, we had to leave our trash in the garage, which wasn’t ideal.I understand this is someone’s business and livelihood, and I’m not trying to hurt anyone’s reputation—but as a paying guest, I expected at least the basics to be taken care of. At the very least, I believe the cleaning fee should be refunded since we had to do that part ourselves.Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not one I would recommend without some serious improvements to cleanliness and maintenance.
