LOVE IT!!

Extremely kid friendly with a tree house and two swings in a privacy fenced back yard! Plenty of parking and the decor is beautiful. High quality everything from the soaps & coffee to the towels and bedding. The deck on the second floor has a gorgeous tree top view. Would recommend to ANYONE!

Perfect size home for our family of 5 for a weekend getaway! Very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and we were minutes away from everything we wanted to do in Lakeway. Appreciated the fact that we could bring our small dog. I would book this rental again!

Roomy, comfortable home base

Anna is a great host! She thought of everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked. Towels were fluffy. Ceiling fans were already running when we walked in the door. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, she helped us work the problem without rancor. If you want a roomy house for 4+ with loads of privacy, this is perfect. And don’t miss time in the treehouse!

Wonderful Weekend!

Our family of 4 (children ages 4 & 6) stayed at this lovely home for a long weekend Fri-Mon. It was exactly what we were looking for in terms of proximity to activities and ease/convenience. The property is well appointed and stocked with necessities, which was very appreciated. We did not cook but it had everything you'd need to do so including oils, spices and seasonings, and very nice cookware/knives/etc. The Nespresso + pods & sugar was a nice surprise. The kids loved the backyard treehouse & walkway and the slide and swings. Overall the home has a very comfortable feel, relaxing vibe, and had plenty of space for our crew. Home was very clean and listing photos accurate. Would definitely recommend!

House was as advertised. The TVs in the home are Amazon Fire TVs, so you have to sign in with your Amazon account to use them. The TV in the living room had accounts already signed in, which allowed me to screen mirror my phone to the TV. I think different brand of smart TVs would have been better. Home had everything that you needed for cooking, washing clothes, etc. Nice backyard area, although did not spend any time there. Home was very near to Lake Travis, only 10 minute drive away. I would stay again if in the Austin/Lake Travis area again.

Perfect spot.

The home is very nice and in a good location to things. All beds are super comfy and smart TVs everywhere. Our family loved it! I also enjoyed the nespresso machine very much each morning ! House is full of kid friendly dishwater and a nice yard for them to play. Host is very sweet and easy to get ahold of.
