This Gîtes de France certified house, winner of the 2022/23 Customer Trophy, offers 112 m² of living space, all on one level, on a 2800 m² plot. Enjoy panoramic views, complete privacy, and tranquility. Numerous hiking trails are nearby.

With two separate sleeping areas, two toilets, and two shower rooms, the cottage is designed to ensure maximum privacy.

It is situated in a secluded and pleasant setting, offering unobstructed views of the countryside and the Pyrenees. The 2800 m² garden is enclosed by trees and shrubs. All modern comforts are provided, both inside and out. There are three bedrooms and baby equipment.

Two garages, one of which is lockable. Garden furniture, a barbecue, and a large terrace are provided. Children's games, swings, bicycles, board games, etc., are available. Perfection!

Myself and my family absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. The owners could not have done enough for us and are absolutely lovely. There is nothing bad to say... everything was perfect. We cannot wait to come back and stay in this beautiful home again.

Heerlijke woning met fijne grote afgesloten tuin.

Fijn verblijf met heerlijk terras en fantastische ruime tuin met heerlijk grasveld voor de kids. Rustige dorpse sfeer en oorverdovende stilte. De aardige eigenaren doen erg hun best om het iedereen naar de zin te maken, geweldige ontvangst met koffie/frisdrank en koek. Voor ons is een 2e bezoek, zeker een optie.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen und erholen.

Das Haus befindet sich auf einem schönen und gepflegten Grundstück, welches mit vielen Bäumen und Sträuchern versehen ist. Es besteht eine Einfriedung und ein abschließbares Tor. Daher kann man dort ungestört seinen Urlaub (auch mit Hund) verbringen. Den Pkw kann man in einer Garage abstellen. Es handelt sich ein geräumiges Haus mit allem was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren die ganze Urlaubszeit wunderbar für uns alleine. Natürlich kann man dort auch einen Urlaub mit einer großen Familie oder mit Freunden verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für Menschen, die sich fernab der Großstadt und der Hektik erholen möchten. Auch bei kühlen Tagen ist das Haus sehr angenehm, da man einen Kamin im Wohnzimmer mit Holz beheizen kann. Es gibt eine gute Internetverbindung, die für die Urlaubszwecke (Cloud usw.) absolut ausreichend ist. Eine Mobilfunkabdeckung ist gegeben. Es ist möglich einen schönen Holzkohlegrill im Garten zu nutzen. Der nächste größere Markt ist ca. 15-20 Minuten entfernt. In dem Ort Auzas befinden sich keine gastronomischen oder touristischen Angebote. Man befindet sich in einer sehr ländlichen Region. Dafür muss man schon mit dem Pkw in die umgebenden größeren Orte fahren. Für einen Menschen der seine Ruhe haben will ist das absolut in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und viel Spass mit unserem Hund gehabt. Vielen Dank an Herrn und Frau Fontich für die angenehme und freundliche Begegnung.
