The staff was consistently very nice and helped with additional towels/questions that I had. I will say that the room was fairly run down. It was just me staying, so it wasn't that big of a deal, but new flooring, paint around the trim and possibly something to cover the fence/make a better view would go a long way. It is a budget hotel, rooms are small and there is no seating, just the bed, so just know that in advance.

For 2 of our three nights I could hear a rat scratching at the wall. SMALL room. Thin blanket and the heater didn’t work

The heater did not work. A service person came to fix it but brought us a space heater instead. It got us through. The refrigerator freezer, clanged and banged the whole time. The water in the shower wasn’t hot but doable. It was history and a place to lay our heads after our excursions

The room didn’t smell very good. There were multiple cracks in the laminate flooring and one side of the bed was against the wall, making it very difficult to get out of. The toilet didn’t flush well and had a bad odor and the shower was really small. Overall everything just seemed dirty and old. The staff was very nice though. My key card wouldn’t work each day of my stay, so had to communicate with them a few times.

I had a room with a beautiful deck and a view of the ocean. The 90 stairs was a little much to get our luggage up and down. But a request to the front was cheerfully received and a young man was there in a moment to help us. Would I stay here again. Emphatically YES. It has comfortable furniture, clean rooms, a fridge for our wine, it was wonderful. Plus your staff made it even better.

Staff was nice, but room not ready when I arrived and they did not call me when ready as they stayed they would. Room smelled like clorox and cleanser when we got access ans ome floors were still wet.The roomnos like a studio apartment. Single bur we stove top, good size fridge, small bar counter on po y wall between bed and kitchen area with two stools. No good seating, but no room. I liked that it was like a little bungalow with operable windows.could have used anither pillow, but bed was comfotable enough. And great facial wipes in Restroom. Had tonrequesr cleanntowels daily. Liked that there was coffee in lobby, though they ran out of creamer and did not replenishnfor our last 2 daya ther.. The bar in lobby is not open. Ice machine in lobby broke while we were there. No ice grays in fridge. Also, random silver ware in room, nit a set so we got plasticware at Vons.

The shower is small. And, the water changes temperature on you drastically. My husband and I both were burnt by the extreme hot water that would come out all of the sudden. We also had a few spiders in the room. The bed makes squicky noises. It is in a good location. Close to everything, This was the only plus. The reception area closes early. No access to coffee when there’s no one at front desk.
