Our stay was absolutely amazing! The balcony views were breathtaking and quickly became our favorite spot to relax and take it all in. The space itself was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family of six, with thoughtful touches throughout.We especially appreciated how family-friendly the home was. There were plenty of games and entertainment options that kept everyone happy. The property was very well maintained and truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The amenities were a huge highlight, especially the pool and the easy walking distance to the beach, which our kids absolutely loved and enjoyed every day.Our host, Amber, was incredibly organized and provided clear, easy-to-follow information for everything. From check-in instructions to transportation options like taxis and recommendations for popular attractions on the island. It made our trip completely stress-free!Amber, was responsive and made the entire booking process seamless from start to finish. All in all, a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed it. However, Be ready for lot of stairs, no air conditioning, or black out curtains. Also the 6 person golf cart would not make it up the hill with 4 adults and 2 small children

This is a fabulous place to stay. Gorgeous view quiet and very convenient. Golf cart is a plus I only wish check out time was later than 10 am. It felt rushy to get out and barely gave us enough time for a morning shower and eat breakfast. Other than that highly recommended

Stunning inside and out. Loved the soaks in the bath each day. Beds and pillows so comfortable got a great night sleep. Lock box was tricky and had to call Ana but she was very nice and got there quick. Easy clear instructions for check out which was much appreciated. Already planning our next stay

DO NOT STAY HERE – Especially with Children

We stayed here with our two young children. On our first night, the bathtub tap broke, started gushing water, and couldn’t be stopped. We immediately called the property manager, who came with a plumber. Their solution? Shut off all water to the villa — leaving us with no running water for over 12 hours. I texted and called repeatedly the next morning. No response. Then, out of nowhere, I got a message:“Hi Louis, the reservation has been cancelled due to the damage you caused. Please leave the villa as soon as possible.”We were accused without conversation, support, or basic courtesy. When I finally spoke to the owner, there was no concern for us — just a monologue about how she was impacted.The property is not as pictured. It’s painted a dark, drab grey, is musty and dusty, and the bathrooms are outdated. The plumbing clearly wasn’t maintained — yet we were blamed for a tap that broke under normal use.This was the worst treatment I’ve ever received as a guest. If anything breaks here — even due to age or normal use — expect to be blamed, ghosted, then evicted by text. STAY FAR AWAY.

The most beautiful villa ever!!

My family and I loved this gorgeous villa. The neighborhood is quiet and the villa was better than the photos. And way beyond our expectations. It’s the perfect getaway for a family vacation and we relaxed the entire time. The unit comes with a golf cart for easy access to town! Will definitely book again next year.

Best of Hamilton Cove

Of the three times we’ve stayed at Hamilton Cove, this unit was, by far, the largest, cleanest and most comfy. Top of the line appliances, beautiful large deck with amazing views, great golf cart, and plenty of space. The only ‘FYI’ is that there are about 60 steps down to the unit (and then backup up) so keep that in mind if you have challenges.

The View and location are absolutely amazing. The property and facilities are stunning - makes you feel like you are on a hillside Ocean resort in Europe. It was also great to have access to the golf cart to go into town with. There was a REALLY bad ant problem at the property. We could not keep them from the second bedroom bathroom area and at one dinner they ended up all over the food we had staged on the kitchen countertop. The second bathroom also had a dead frog next to the toilet when we arrived, so between that and the continual any problem in that bathroom it was a little disturbing to our friends that stayed in that room. the second plug in the master bathroom (the non GFI reset one) also does not work - no big deal - we just used the other one. Overall though, we loved the location and property. The check in and out process was easy and Amber was great to work with.

Great view and location

The overall cleanliness was lacking; the towels, covers, and sheets had an old, musty smell, as if they weren’t properly washed. There were also a lot of ants in the condo. However, the view is fantastic. Just pack light and be ready for plenty of stairs!
