Excellent location, but difficult to access

Breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was excellent too. But, it is necessary to inform the guests that it is not easy to bring the luggage to the hotel individually. in my case, police officers gladly helped me to drive to the hotel.

This hotel was in a marvelous location for the walking tours and self exploration of this lovely city. The front desk was distant and disconnected with us. We were told there was a waiting list to get laundry done making it impossible to get any done. The breakfast had all the usual things but none of it tasted quite right. Overall this property fails to deliver on what is expected at a 4 star hotel
