CHECK-IN: After 4:00 PM via keyless smart lock (code sent 24 hours before arrival)
CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 AM — early check-in or late check-out available on request, subject to availability

GUESTS: Please include all guests in your booking. No unregistered overnight visitors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: This is a private residence in a residential neighborhood.
NOISE: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — our neighbors are wonderful and we`d love to keep it that way.
SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows. The rooftop deck is a great place to step out.
PETS: This property does not allow pets. (We have other Solmaré homes that welcome pets — just ask.)
BIKES: Two beach cruisers are yours to enjoy. Please lock when not in use and return in the same condition.
PARKING: Use only the designated parking space provided in your arrival instructions.
ON DEPARTURE: Please run the dishwasher and take out the trash — we`ll handle the rest.
DAMAGE: Accidents happen. Please let us know right away — we`re always understanding when guests communicate openly.

SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The amenities below are provided as a free courtesy and are not part of the accommodation you are paying for. Use is voluntary and at your own risk. Please inspect any equipment before use, and contact us instead of using anything you have a concern about.
BICYCLES: Check brakes, tires and condition before every ride. California law requires riders under 18 to wear a helmet, and we recommend one for every rider. Do not ride a bike you have any concern about — tell us and we will take it out of service.
ELEVATED AREAS: The rooftop terrace is unsupervised. Never sit or climb on the railings, and keep children under adult supervision the entire time they are up there.
GRILL: Never leave the grill unattended, keep children well clear, and make sure it is fully out before you go inside or leave.
FIREPLACE: Never leave a fire burning unattended or overnight, keep the screen closed, and keep children and pets away from the hearth.
BEACH GEAR: Beach chairs, towels, boards and other beach gear are provided as a courtesy and are used at your own risk, including in the ocean.
CHILDREN: This is a private home, not a hotel, and it is not childproofed. It has stairs, elevated decks and a fireplace. Guests bringing infants or young children are responsible for deciding whether the home suits them and for supervising children at all times.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Maximum occupancy is 5 guests, including infants and children. Exceeding it is grounds for ending the stay without refund.
