Poised on the mountain side overlooking downtown Avila Beach is an adorable beach condo/apartment hosting BIG Avila Beach ocean views.

Recently remodeled, Summer Delight is a favorite couples retreat. Located in the heart of Avila Beach, the apartment/condo hosts breathtaking BIG Avila Beach ocean and downtown views from the deck, living and master bedroom.

The beach house is located on the second level. Summer Delight has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combination, in unit washer/dryer and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has been recently been remodeled. The furnishings, linens are new and of high quality. There is a natural gas Bbq on the deck. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking and serving dishes for a long stay at the beach.

No pets, No smokers. Occupancy 2 full time residents with 2 occasional overnight guests - max occupancy is 4 guests. Rent includes utilities, internet and water. Owner requires mid-month full cleaning & laundry service with Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals.

Quite, Calm & Relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relocating from New Orleans to the Central Coast and this temporary home was amazing. The views unbelievable, and the proximity to the beach was amazing. The place was well decorated, quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity to do it again. Had a problem with the door code a couple of times but other than that everything was great!

The unit is beautiful, very comfortable, well-stocked, clean and excellently located. Avila is very low key and charming...away from the crowds of Pismo, but with easy access to all the attractions of the central coast. The view from the living room and deck is beautiful all day long. It is an excellent property! I'd be happy to stay again!
