The property was very large with some unusual rooms. Large kitchen and two dining rooms were great for our group of nine ranging in age from 10 - 83. The kitchen didn't have a toaster and we were not aware that the coffee maker was only a Keurig type.

We had very good trip to the Avoca/Hornell area. The home was clean and comfortable and the owner was responsive to messages throughout our stay. This is a good place for 5 to 8 people. It is very large and there is a lot of room to spread out.
Stayed 2 nights in May 2025
